Responsibilities
- Responsible in driving of Vision Care sales promotion and development in the assigned territory to reach company goals.
- Develop and execute the annual business plans for the customers under his/her responsibility:-
o Proposal of annual terms of trade
o Promotion planning
o Activation support and tracking
o Ensuring compliance of annual business plans
o Account profitability
- Relationship management (with stakeholders both internal and external).
- Quarterly and Yearly business review for top customer accounts.
- Sales call planning and perform regular field visits with consumers to achieve objectives on sales distribution and merchandising at store level.
- Prepare weekly sales report and sales forecast by customer.
- Continuous analysis of accounts performance to identify gap and opportunity to drive growth.
- Analyze / to feedback market intelligence like competitor activities new product launch retails price and sales related information.
- Comply with corporate / local guidelines internal procedures local law and regulations.
- Report complaint or adverse event within 24 hours of initial complaint awareness.
- Account Receivable.
Skills and Experiences
- Certificate/Diploma from renowned college
- University degree from a renowned university is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales with a reputable FMCG Healthcare or Optical company.
- Results oriented entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
- Sharp negotiation and influencing skills.
- Understanding of the retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies tactics and measurable implementation.
- Networking and strong orientation towards customer management.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral (in English).
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle complex and diverse business situations
