Job Description

Building and nurturing client and business relationships in a competitive landscape.
Providing guidance and selling tailored solutions for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
Evaluating and addressing the specific needs of each client or assignment.
Identifying qualified candidates and informing them about the opportunities presented by the client.
Overseeing the process from interviews to offers and beyond.
Offering advice on CVs interviews and overall career development.
Networking to gather business insights that can be transformed into commercial opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated experience in Sales Business Development Recruitment Consulting or a comparable position.
Strong commercial acumen.
Exceptional communication skills in English.
Excellent negotiation skills and a focus on achieving results.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Effective collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
