Job Description
- Building and nurturing client and business relationships in a competitive landscape.
- Providing guidance and selling tailored solutions for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
- Evaluating and addressing the specific needs of each client or assignment.
- Identifying qualified candidates and informing them about the opportunities presented by the client.
- Overseeing the process from interviews to offers and beyond.
- Offering advice on CVs interviews and overall career development.
- Networking to gather business insights that can be transformed into commercial opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience in Sales Business Development Recruitment Consulting or a comparable position.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a focus on achieving results.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
