Job Description
JOB TITLE: Facility Manager
JOB LOCATION:Lagos
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- The Facility Manager oversees the operation maintenance and management of company facilities to ensure they are safe efficient and well-maintained.
- This role includes managing budgets coordinating repairs and maintenance and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- The Facility Manager works closely with vendors contractors and internal teams to ensure facilities meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of facility management including maintenance cleaning and security.
- Manage budgets track expenses and negotiate with vendors for services.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate space planning and optimize facility layout as needed.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and manage repairs or renovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in facility management or related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations.
Salary
N100000 N250000 / month.
