The interaction with other teams requires a good understanding of the interfaces with other disciplines/parties.
Supervises work of 10 subordinates.
Extensive experience in diverse work areas in field/operations management with proven working and thinking level.
Experienced in leading or influencing a team in a complex customer facing environment is preferred.
Bachelors degree in engineering related field is required and Masters Degree is preferred.
Gives input for or drafts year plan and budget for own team and realizes execution. Time horizion typically is three to six months.
Lead and drive the realization of planned results monitor customer satisfaction handle and/or monitor the handling of escalations manage relationships with customers monitor key performance indicators and take corrective measures if needed.
Indicates analyses and advises on optimization opportunities. Delivers a contribution to the development of business-plans and decision-making processes for the appointed team. Contributes to the development and design of (improvement) projects. Evaluates work processes and proposes changes in organizationald design to management.
