Job Description

General Field Sales & Account Management work is focused on face-to-face selling and account management activities including:
Face-to-face sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers
Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products services and/or solutions
Developing and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations
Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers Incumbents in this specialization may be selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners.


Meets personal sales targets as established incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geography.

Develops strong client relationships over time that provides significant input to planning organization product price and service strategies.

Coordinates use of other organization resources to provide value-added services to accounts.

Participates in special projects such as major promotions new product launches and new marketing initiatives.

Organize educational meeting for patients periodically.

Establish patient management system and track patients situation of treatment

According to the companys requirements collect patients information.

Plan budget in reason according to sales achievement and expend cost according to budget.

Distribute sales resources in reason.

Reimburse expenses according to company finance policy.

Supports supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.

Be responsible for reporting all the adverse events to Regulatory Affairs Department on the day when you become aware of the event.

Submit sales reports on time and ensure accuracy;

Independently prepares sales presentations contracts and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transaction


Years of relevant work experience

6

6 years of sales experience in healthcare industry work experience in multinational companies preferred

Requirement on educational background

College diploma or above. Medicine Nursing and other relevant majors.

Skills & Knowledge

Well-developed interpersonal skills

/ Position products & service for clinical / therapy solutions

Ability to utilize sales tools to track & develop accounts

Sound organization and time management

Business Planning

Sound PC skills

Well versed in medical device market

Advanced product knowledge/disease knowledge/therapy awareness

Understands customer needs & solution selling

Advanced selling methodology

Advanced marketing concepts
