The Legal Department plays a crucial role in meeting obligations to regulatory and investigative bodies worldwide. Legal is organized by Practice Groups each led by a General Counsel ensuring effective communication of legal and regulatory changes. The Legal Entity Management Desk part of the Office of the General Counsel collaborates with the Office of the Secretary to ensure effective governance across North America Europe the Middle East and Africa and Asia-Pacific regions.
As a Legal Entity Management Desk Analyst in the Legal Entity Management Desk you will support the Corporate Secretary with Board meetings and compliance with internal governance policies. You will be responsible for scheduling Board meetings consolidating and distributing Board materials to stakeholders completing post Board meeting activities maintaining online corporate records keeping internal databases updated attending Board meetings to provide live support drafting corporate documentation and working closely with partner teams to ensure a Legal Entitys overall compliance. You will also provide project-specific support as requested by the Corporate Secretary.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Job schedule: 7AM to 4PM
University Degree/Advanced Student - Sworn Translators/ International Relations Degree/Legal background not required
Advanced computer skills (i.e. MS Office Suite)
Strong analytical research organizational and relationship building skills
Strong detail orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly detail-oriented results driven with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Takes accountability for work product and owns duties through completion with proper follow up resolves/escalates errors
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
Experience with Corporate Governance databases and applications (e.g. GEMS) is beneficial but not essential
At least 2 years related experience in corporate governance is beneficial but not essential
