About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to help us design build and ship AI-powered product features using Large Language Models (LLMs).

This is not a research role. This is a hands-on role.

You will work very closely with our CTO and product team to bring AI features to production iterate on them using real user feedback and help define the foundations of our AI platform as we scale.

What will you do

Build and ship AI-powered product features using Large Language Models (LLMs) end to end.
Take full ownership of AI features from problem definition to production and iteration.
Work very closely with the CTO and product team on day-to-day execution.
Make technical decisions balancing quality cost and latency in production AI systems.
Operate in a highly hands-on environment where shipping matters more than decks or strategy docs.

What youll be working on

Designing and improving summarization extraction and automation workflows based on real user needs.
Structuring and connecting data from multiple sources (calls CRM emails tickets) to give AI systems strong context.
Context engineering: designing curating and maintaining high-quality context pipelines to maximize LLM reliability and minimize hallucinations.
Implementing feedback and evaluation loops to continuously measure and improve AI output quality.
Orchestrating AI agents that interact with external APIs internal systems and third-party tools
Contributing to the foundations of a shared AI platform that will power multiple mobile-first products over time.
Applying AI internally to improve sales operations and go-to-market efficiency.

What were looking for

Strong hands-on experience building production AI systems.
Solid experience with TypeScript.
Practical experience working with LLMs in real products (prompting evaluation iteration).
Experience working with large multi-source contexts.
Strong software engineering fundamentals (clean code testing observability).
Ability to work autonomously and solve problems end-to-end.
Comfort working in fast-moving ambiguous startup environments.
Clear communication and collaboration skills.
