Job Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Logistics Group Manager on the export plan situation overall delivery patterns of all zones are to be as specified for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Controlling and coordinating with various departments and related agencies to ensure that products are exported as required by customers efficiently. By controlling and managing the volume of FG export products following the specified plan.
- Following up on the ship booking situation export situation under Incoterm and Payment Term conditions of each customer to be able to export according to the plan.
- Contacting and coordinating with relevant departments both inside and outside the organization to export according to the plan.
- Contacting and informing the relevant parties of the plan including informing them of the results of the work of each department to be aware of the problems.
- Providing information and services to customers to meet customer needs as much as possible.
- Solving various problems that occur and affect the specified plan.
- Summarizing export operations that affect customer satisfaction every month as a KPI that measures the overall performance of the factory.
- Managing various Cost Saving Projects to reduce logistics operating costs.
Qualifications
- 30-45 years old Thai only.
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Business Admin or related field.
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in operation Export shipment by Seafreight from the Logistic Freight Forwarder and Manufacturing industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge and background in Cost saving.
- Experience in Team management.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Familiar with coordinating with a foreign and international team.
- The background of the SAP Program is a plus.
- Quick learner works well under pressure and has good knowledge of the Export shipment.
- Experience in sending shipments to the EU US and Asia zone by seafreight.
- Working 5 days/week near BTS Ploenchit.
