About You:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented LMS and Publishing Coordinator to join our Learning Design Team. This offshore-based full-time position plays a key role in the day-to-day administration and optimisation of our Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) contributing to the delivery of high-quality learning experiences across both Vocational and Higher Education courses.
The offshore role is a Permanent Work From Home and Day Shift position.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the Canvas LMS including uploading and publishing learning resources.
Apply and maintain consistent use of EDU templates and style guides.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure resources are accurate user-friendly and compliant.
Review and respond to Canvas support tickets and report insights to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with academic staff and internal teams to improve learning asset design.
Identify and implement continuous improvements for LMS usability and efficiency.
Provide support and training to academic staff on the use of e-learning tools.
Education Experience and Skills
A tertiary qualification in Learning Design or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in LMS administration or educational technology support preferably in a VET/HE setting.
Proficiency in Canvas LMS highly desirable.
Strong command of Microsoft Office365.
