Responsiblities:
- You are responsible to establish and lead improvement projects to avoid repeating the failures. (RCFA / FI).
- You are request to implement the Reliability actions manage and drive the action plans of failure analysis (RCFA).
- You need to support Plant Optimization in RE and DEC pillar
- You are responsible to analyze the maintenance KPIs from MTTR MTBF and Breakdown to define the actions for reliability improvement.
- You need to use FI concepts to develop improvements in machines and keep monitoring the progress of projects and priorities in defined area.
- You need to monitor and manage the asset status and the natural deterioration of the equipment within the capital management. Understand how assets fail and proactive tasks to reduce impacts
- You need to support external and internal with the Reliability team to focus on the intervention of catastrophic failures track the failures keep Updates and follow up action plans of failure analysis (RCA).
- You keep active operational functions as specified performance standards and keep on benchmarking (good practice Technological Update and Contact with other plants)
- You are requst to implement and drive compliance for CTIs MSRs GMS Rules and legislation in the HPTs area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
- You with bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Engineering Technology or a related field.
- You with 1-3 years of manufacturing experience in maintenance and/or engineering management.
- You are experienced in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment.
- You with background on maintenance systems and manufacturing equipment
- You are experienced in scheduling and planning computerized layouts capital estimating etc.
- You with Solid English skills in listening spoken and writing and software skills on computer use.
