This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities
-To perform assigned engineering tasks as a member of design team.
-To actively pursue to learn and to develop his/her own know-how skills and competence.
-To write technical reports according to given instructions and ABB guidelines.
-Do mechanical design work following the given instructions and general ABB standards and engineering principles.
Qualifications for the Role
- A bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Materials Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Energy or a related field.
- Over three years of professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Strong technical expertise in the design and engineering of electrical machines along with a fundamental understanding of manufacturing and quality control procedures.
- Candidates with experience in cost reduction initiatives and sourcing activities will be given preference.
- Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Office applications AutoCAD SAP 3D modeling software (such as I-DEAS) Finite Element Method (FEM) software and Product Data Management (PDM) systems (such as Teamcenter).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to grasp complex concepts think critically and factually and maintain an open-minded approach.
