This role is crucial for Oracle as it will generate new high-potential companies for Oracle and the region. Managing the installed and new customer base throughout Latin America
Managing the sales team and generating demand in Latin America
Working closely with the architecture pre-sales and post-sales teams to create a customer-centric culture
Creating KPIs and tracking metrics to meet sales goals
Positioning Oracles OCI and AI products in the market
Getting new cloud-native and startup customers to Oracle
