Job Description

The School of Social Sciences Sociology Programme is looking for Part-time Lecturers (PTL) who will be responsible for conducting tutorials and assessments for a course.

We invite applications for part-time lecturers to conduct tutorials in Sociology courses in but not limited to the following areas:
Deviance and Society
Person and Society
Population and Society

Statistics

Key Responsibilities:
Attend all lectures.
Conduct tutorials and assessments for a course.
Grading of Course Assessment/Exam Scripts.
Invigilation for final examination.
Work closely with the Course Coordinator and handle students queries on course related matter.

Qualification:
1. At least a Master Degree.
2. At least 2-3 years teaching experience at a tertiary level with excellent teaching evaluation.
Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred.
