We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our team at Marsh McLennan based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid position allowing for a flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development and will be eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
We will count on you to:
Assist in the development of software solutions that support Oliver Wymans strategic objectives.
Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality code and actively participate in code reviews.
Learn and apply best practices for secure scalable and maintainable code.
Engage in the full software development lifecycle under the guidance of senior team members.
What you need to have:
A bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in software development with exposure to MERN/MEAN Stack technologies.
Strong understanding and working knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks such as React and Angular.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is mandatory; other certifications will be considered a plus (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) demonstrating knowledge of cloud services and deployment practices. Getting certified will be a requirement for success.
