Procurement Manager

We are now actively seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and lead negotiations with suppliers and deals with contract Terms and Conditions
- Lead technical proposal preparation procedures with suppliers
- Oversee the entire procurement process including purchase requisitions sourcing quotation and supplier management ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and finalize business needs coordinating supplier evaluations and sourcing.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure timely completion of procurement activities while adhering to processes and transparency.
- Identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency improvements in current procurement processes.
- Assist in the ongoing update of internal procurement policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Procurement Business Administration or related disciplines; CIPS or CPSM qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in in-direct procurement services driven
- Strong understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements along with standard commercial terms.
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various functions and levels.
- Capable of working independently under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese both written and spoken.
