Job Description

Do you want to join a global fund manager in energy infrastructure investments If so Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently looking for a Vice President to join our Investor Relations team based in Copenhagen.

Since our founding in 2012 we have grown to become one of the largest dedicated energy infrastructure fund managers globally and seek to continue our growth towards raising EUR 100 billion by 2030 and contribute to delivering affordable reliable and clean energy globally. With our scale know-how and resources we are in a position to drive the energy transition.

As Vice President in our Product Platform team you will become a part of Investor Relations in CIP. This team is responsible for all investor facing activities and business development from product and fund design fundraising onboarding and service of investors. The team is international diverse and consists of around 75 professionals from different backgrounds including investment banking management consulting and law firms based in 9 offices across Europe North America Asia and Australia.

Role

As a Vice President in Product Platform you will become a Product Specialist responsible for preparing CIPs products/funds for fundraising including marketing collateral (e.g. pitch books PPMs etc.) engaging with investors throughout their due diligence process in close collaboration with the client coverage team and project managing the fundraise process from start to end.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

  • Project manage fund launch processes (e.g. manage all relevant workstreams and engages stakeholders across investment teams legal tax finance etc.)
  • Develop key commercial documents (marketing collateral) for fundraising incl. the pitch book and PPM
  • Lead the investor due diligence process (e.g. answering DDQs/RFPs lead DD meetings etc.)
  • Project manage fundraise process from start to end incl. fundraise performance management reporting to senior leadership
  • Develop tailored material for key events (e.g. Annual Investor Meeting) and strategic investor meetings.

You

We are looking for a motivated individual holding a relevant degree and minimum 8-10 years of full-time experience in a similar role within a financial institution for the institutional or fundraising segment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Structured thorough and with high attention to detail
  • Skillful in arranging and prioritizing tasks amidst fluctuating project demands
  • Client skills demonstrated experience of managing client relationships directly with good client-facing communication and written abilities
  • Ability to operate operational processes and projects continuously and independently
  • Capable service-driven and interested in actively working within an expanding international organization
  • Motivated diligent and solution-oriented cooperative worker who is engaged and innovative
  • Substantial experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
