Financial Accountant 1
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the daily accounting functions including processing invoices / receipts preparation of payment.
- Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders on all payment issue / PO issue / invoice issues.
- Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly report and presentation deck for management
- Perform Month End Close activities and monthly accruals during AMD month end/ year end
- Update designated tracker & ensure completeness of the incoming request & enquiry per Service Level Agreement
- Support daily expense report functions including validating processing employees claims in compliance with company policies attending emails preparation of claim reimbursement posting accounting entries in SAP system and record retention
- Resolve issues on expense report or reimbursement to employees
- Assist in liaising with internal and external customers on expense reports related tasks via emails or calls
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Accounting/Finance related working experience is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good written and spoken English
- Assertive creative and ready to work in a changing environment
- Team player and able to work with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines
- Assertive creative good interpersonal skills highly driven and self-motivated for a fast-paced evolving environment
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Microsoft office)
- Strong analytical skills and familiar with reporting and data analysis
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
