We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Software Development Engineer to help us build cutting-edge global applications.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Senior Software Development Engineer you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers UX designers and other developers to define and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks such as React Angular or .
• Design and implement robust backend services using languages such as Java NodeJS or Python.
• Manage and deploy cloud applications using AWS services ensuring high availability and performance.
• Work with both NoSQL and relational databases to design develop and optimize data storage solutions.
• Develop and maintain APIs using REST and/or GraphQL to facilitate seamless integration with front-end applications.
• Ensure the quality of software deliverables by implementing automated testing procedures.
• Participate in Agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.

About You

Youre a fit for the role of Senior Software Development Engineer if your background includes:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React Angular or .
• Extensive experience with backend technologies such as Java NodeJS or Python.
• Proven experience managing and deploying applications on AWS with a solid understanding of services like EC2 S3 Lambda and RDS.
• Proficiency in working with both NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB DynamoDB) and relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of authentication/authorization protocols such as OAuth.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and think creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for delivering high-quality software that meets user needs.
