A bit about the job:

Were looking for a Client Service Associate to join our Distribution team in Dublin on a full-time basis. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting strategic growth. As a Client Service Associate youll be at the heart of our client relationships managing day-to-day interactions across a range of asset classes. Youll ensure timely and accurate delivery of regulatory fund and market reports resolve technical queries and coordinate legal documentation. Your role will be key in maintaining a high level of client retention and promoting a culture of service excellence across the organisation.

Youll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure our clients receive a seamless experience while also contributing to the wider business development efforts. From attending client meetings to maintaining accurate records in Salesforce youll be a trusted point of contact who helps shape a positive market perception of Aviva Investors. Skills and experience were looking for:

• Strong understanding of business development processes within Insurance and/or wealth markets with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

• Proven experience in client service delivery including managing relationships resolving queries and coordinating pitches updates and events.

• Solid knowledge of asset management or insurance operations particularly within a distribution function and familiarity with marketing campaigns and communications.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across teams.

• Highly organised and motivated to deliver first-class client service balancing client needs with business objectives.
