Job Description

You will join China RM Purchasing Team and reporting RM Purchasing Manager directly you will be responsible for:

  • To be responsible for fulfilling purchasing activities of raw material request from different plants.
  • To source/assess/develop new potential suppliers. Analyze the characteristic of market producers/regional differences of advantages and disadvantages; maintain reasonable supplier distribution to achieve best combination between cost and sustainable supply.;
  • Cooperate with R&D to develop new source of raw material; collect material TDS market research and other related information necessary; make relevant cost comparison.; ;
  • Organize price bidding for those materials with regular pricing validity; meanwhile smartly organize right negotiation strategy based on offer comparison and analysis.
  • Negotiate with suppliers nominate those with best terms to ensure the best lead time and price.
  • To be responsible for contracting ordering following up order/delivery and payment arrangement for purchased goods; To maintain the relevant contracts and keep all records up to date.
  • Others assigned by line manager.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree or above with preferred major in Cable Polymer or Supply chain.
  • Rich experience in raw material purchasing manufacturing companies preferred in central purchasing of multi-plants;
  • Able to work under pressure and challenge; Strong negotiation cooperation and communication skills;
  • Good Office level SAP experience required; OfficeSAP.
  • Numbers sensitiveness and strong analytical skills; .
  • Pro-active and result drive. .
