The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
Server Agent / Bar Server - Pastamara
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and ensuring smooth service operations
- Providing professional advice to our discerning guests
- Guest support and handling complaints
- Proper and responsible management of the cash register
Your Qualifications:
- successfully completed training as a restaurant specialist or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Lovers of Italian culture with a friendly open and professional character
- Absolute service orientation
- High operational readiness and resilience
- A friendly well-kept and professional appearance
- very reliable knowledge of German and English knowledge of Italian desirable
