Concrete Restoration Project Engineer
Description:
- Day to day support of repair & restoration projects with collaboration from project manager.
- Administering the change management process in collaboration with the project manager
- Assist with self-perform project operations including estimating bid process production tracking financial monitoring and reporting.
- Attend project meetings and draft meeting minutes
- Develop client relationships resolve client issues
- Develop strong relationships with Superintendents Subcontractors and project engineers.
- Supports implement and tracks the overall project schedule
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in engineering construction management or a related field is preferred and a minimum of one year of industry experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of construction project management software. Familiarity with Procore is ideal.
- Previous experience with self perform management is a plus.
