Job Description
Were seeking a reliable and skilled Groundworker to work on plot internals for our residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out groundwork tasks on plot internal areas including trench digging pipe laying and drainage installation
Work to drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy on pipework connections and drainage systems
Install manholes inspection chambers and service connections within plots
Prepare and lay bedding and surround materials for drainage pipes
Backfill trenches and reinstate surfaces to the required standard
Work safely around live services and follow all site health and safety rules
Communicate effectively with the site team to support smooth project delivery
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
Previous experience working on plot internal groundworks
Knowledge of drainage pipe installation and preparation
Ability to read and work from drawings
Reliable punctual and a good team player
Right to work in the UK
