Job Description

Were seeking a reliable and skilled Groundworker to work on plot internals for our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out groundwork tasks on plot internal areas including trench digging pipe laying and drainage installation

  • Work to drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy on pipework connections and drainage systems

  • Install manholes inspection chambers and service connections within plots

  • Prepare and lay bedding and surround materials for drainage pipes

  • Backfill trenches and reinstate surfaces to the required standard

  • Work safely around live services and follow all site health and safety rules

  • Communicate effectively with the site team to support smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card

  • Previous experience working on plot internal groundworks

  • Knowledge of drainage pipe installation and preparation

  • Ability to read and work from drawings

  • Reliable punctual and a good team player

  • Right to work in the UK
