Job Description
Commercial Maintenance Technician (2 Openings)
Location: San Antonio TX 78257
Pay Rate: $25 $28/hour
Company Vehicle & Tools Provided
Full-Time 1st Shift
Schedule: 5:00 AM 12:30 PM or 12:00 PM 8:30 PM
Night and weekend availability required
We are seeking experienced Commercial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing facilities team. Technicians will travel locally between commercial sites using a company-provided vehicle to perform essential maintenance repairs and inspections that ensure facilities are safe functional and well-maintained.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across multiple trades
- Complete light plumbing work including unclogging valve and fixture repair
- Conduct general repairs to walls flooring doors and paint/drywall touch-ups
- Handle basic electrical tasks such as replacing switches outlets and fixtures
- Utilize mobile devices to manage work orders time tracking and reporting
- Maintain clean and safe work environments across customer sites
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Estimate materials and labor for larger maintenance projects as needed
- 2 5 years of general maintenance or trade experience
- Experience in commercial facility environments preferred
- Comfort with mobile technology and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety procedures
- Valid driver s license and relevant trade certifications
