Job Description
- Work as part of the BI & Data Warehouse (BI&DW) Project team within the Technology Service Branch.
- Design develop and implement Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Employ BI&DW tools Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) frameworks standards processes and architectures.
- Collaborate closely with business subject matter experts and project team members to deliver actionable business insights.
- Utilize Generative AI for the delivery of advanced data analytics solutions.
- Develop and optimize data analytics and BI dashboards primarily using Microsoft Power BI.
- Create optimize and modify SQL queries procedures functions and views for effective data management.
- Build and maintain data solutions using Snowflake or AWS Redshift data warehouses.
- Apply business knowledge to design analytical data models and reports for business users.
- Follow Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle best practices.
- Adhere to the hybrid work model by working on-site at the client s Sacramento location 2 days per week.
- (Desirable) Work experience in state agencies financial investment portfolios or highly regulated industries.
