Job Description
- Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment per company policy.
- Review work orders for product specifications and requirements.
- Visually inspect components and completed units during assembly for quality and accuracy.
- Select and assemble parts in proper sequence using tools like drills rivets screws braces tape etc.
- Select and install appropriate sub-assemblies or components per design specifications.
- Apply wiring harnesses sensors and electrical components in cabinets according to specifications.
- Use hand tools and equipment including: drill rivet gun saw hy-pot tester hacksaw and drill press.
- Complete assembly processes in the specified sequence.
- Ensure the completed unit meets specified quality standards before moving to the next station.
- Perform cabinet foaming per engineering specifications.
- Clean immediate work area daily.
- Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
- High School Diploma.
- 0 years of experience (entry-level acceptable).
- Basic assembly knowledge.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Ability to follow work instruction manuals.
- General computer experience.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to read interpret and follow wiring diagrams and blueprints (SOE).
- Ability to read and differentiate part numbers labels and work instructions.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Electrical experience.
- Hand tool experience.
- SAP experience.
- DIY project experience.
- Comfortable with standing bending reaching and handling bulky parts.
