Job Description
Job Title: CNC Machine Programmer
Job Location: Logan Utah
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Develop simulate and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for DMG Mori NZ/NL/NT
- complex engineering drawings 3D models and specs to determine
- machining tools feeds and speeds to optimize efficiency and surface
- for complex multi-axis machining synchronized spindles live tooling and
- sub-spindle with machinists engineers and QA to ensure accurate
- setups and machine setup and programs to
- improve cycle times extend tool life and reduce updated libraries tool
- sheets setup to fixture design tool selection and process
- improvement compliance with ISO/AS and internal quality standards.
