Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus Areas (80%)
Production Support:

Address production issues and coordinate resolution.
Monitor performance and SLAs.

DAART (Digital Products Board) Approvals & Governance:

Manage DAART workflows and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with legal security and data teams.

Go-to-Market (G2M) Execution:

Support launch readiness and cross-functional coordination.
Maintain G2M plans and timelines.

Secondary Focus Areas (15%)
Budget Management:

Track budgets and assist in planning.

Vendor Management:

Oversee vendor contracts.

Qualifications:

3 5 years in product operations or program management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with Jira Confluence Tableau.
