- Provide general physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients of all ages with diverse diagnoses
- Develop implement and modify individualized therapy treatment plans and goals
- Supervise and direct Physical Therapist Assistants support staff students and interns
- Perform patient assessments identify diagnoses and document all encounters and treatments according to policy
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and attend care conferences to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families with clear therapy programs and home instructions to foster self-care and independence
- Assist with the acquisition fitting and maintenance of durable medical equipment
- Ensure compliance with billing procedures (Medicare Medicaid third-party payers) for reimbursement
- Maintain cleanliness supply stocks and clinical equipment
- Participate in administrative duties committee work and clinic operations as needed
- Provide therapy consultations presentations and in-services to staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Adhere to American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) standards and SEARHC confidentiality and quality assurance procedures
- Remain current with professional education and practices
- Travel up to 50% as required for the role
- Position is full-time day shift with a $25000 sign-on bonus and $10000 relocation bonus
- Open to new graduates; requires PT licensure BLS certification and a valid drivers license
- Knowledge and skills in musculoskeletal and neuro system assessments treatment planning communication and use of adaptive devices
- Salary range: $100000 $130000/year plus full benefits (retirement PTO parental leave health/dental/vision insurance disability)
