Job SummaryManage the entire outbound logistics process from dispatch to delivery confirmation. Track shipments collaborate with internal and external teams and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualification/educationAny Graduate
Experience2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to track dispatched vehicles and ensure timely delivery; Collaboration skills; Ability to resolve delivery discrepancies; Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs); Ability to prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
