Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium Java and Embedded Test Automation. The ideal candidate will design develop and maintain test automation frameworks lead a QA team and ensure delivery of high-quality scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead testing activities ensuring timely and effective execution of test plans and scripts.
- Design develop and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium Java and TestNG/JUnit.
- Analyze business requirements to define effective test strategies and automation coverage.
- Execute and maintain regression suites; review and share test reports with stakeholders.
- Debug troubleshoot and report defects/issues effectively.
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum Sprint planning backlog refinement).
- Mentor and guide QA team members in automation best practices.
- Participate in client calls status reporting and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver Java TestNG/JUnit Maven Jenkins and Cucumber.
- Hands-on experience with automation framework design & implementation.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies regression testing and Agile practices.
- Knowledge of embedded testing tools (EMB) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving debugging and communication skills.
Experience
- 11 15 years of software testing experience with at least 5 years in test automation using Selenium & Java.
- Prior experience leading a QA/Automation team is a must.
