Job Description
This position will be responsible for operating machinery that washes soiled healthcare linen items (blankets sheets towels scrubs ) based on customer specifications while maintaining quality specifications. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment able to meet production expectations a strong sense of urgency and be comfortable meeting all physical aspects of the position.
Payrate: BR/hr
Shift: 6am-430pm
Schedule: Will be a rotating schedule worker must have flexibility to work whatever days are required.
Skills/Experience:Dependability flexibility detail orientation and a positive attitude
Working with awareness for your safety and your coworkers safety too
Working efficiently to meet or exceed production standards
Walking and standing for long periods working overtime
Tolerating the hot and cold temperatures of an industrial laundry
Lifting 25 pounds unassisted and moving carts with a maximum 35-pound push/pull measurement
Working cooperatively and positively with coworkers and leaders
Identifying and sharing needs concerns and opportunities for improvement
Moving from one task to another as production needs shift
Participating in training and safely operating equipment
