Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well: helping them send invoices run payroll manage inventory and more. Theyre on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.
But when it comes to financial workflows theres still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow tracking payments or reconciling accounts happen outside the software across spreadsheets email threads banking portals.

The Documentation team at Swan creates essential content for our Partners and their end-users. As a UX Writing and Localization Apprentice youll dedicate your time to managing the localization of end-user and Partner content into seven languages and support on the UX writing for these audiences. Youll join a collaborative team focused on empowering all our stakeholders globally.
Your mission
Your primary mission is to learn and contribute equally to the efficient and high-quality localization of Swans end-user and Partner content by managing freelance translators and to the creation of clear and effective UX writing for these same users.

Our collaborative team focuses on delivering excellent documentation and localized content for our diverse audience including Partners Developers and end-users. We partner closely with Product and Engineering and our stakeholders include various internal teams and our network of freelance translators.
