Location: This will be an Office-based role in Bucharest (2-3 days a week)
Tasks
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and its external paid media agency
- Collaborate with Global Campaigns Customer Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to align messaging and objectives
- Oversee agency performance ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights and optimize performance
- Manage and optimize paid media spend to maximize ROI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and apply learnings to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Track and manage the paid media budget ensuring alignment with forecasts
- Set guidelines to avoid campaign overlap and spending inefficiencies
- Work with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless platform integration for targeted media efforts
- Co-develop and present regular performance reports with the media agency
- Stay current on industry trends new platforms and best practices
- Identify new paid media opportunities to maintain competitive edge
- Conduct final QA checks on all campaigns prior to launch
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience managing external agencies and delivering successful campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads programmatic etc.)
- Strong analytical capabilities; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics Marketo Salesforce
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Financial acumen for budget tracking and ROI reporting
- Team-oriented confident and proactive with a positive mindset
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
