Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst
Location: Bucharest Romania (Hybrid work)
Contract Type: Initial 3 to 6-month contract (with possible extension)
Salary: 8000 RON NET/month
About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Operations Analyst to join our team in Bucharest. Youll be responsible for reviewing and managing contract documents ensuring accuracy alignment with business needs and compliance with regulations. Youll work closely with procurement legal and vendor teams to ensure contracts run smoothly and risks are minimized.
Tasks
- Review and assess Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Ensure clarity consistency and completeness in contract terms
- Check contract deliverables timelines and responsibilities
- Align contracts with business goals and budgets
- Communicate risks or issues clearly to stakeholders
- Create detailed reports and summaries for internal use
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement legal vendor management)
Requirements
- Strong business understanding and contract knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience creating and organizing reports
- Comfortable working with SharePoint Excel and Word
- Ability to spot risks or inconsistencies in contract terms
