Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Briefing with line managers to check open positions requirements

  • Job description posting on various channels (Linkedin Universities career sections)

  • Sourcing candidates through online job boards personal networks

  • Work with headhunters to source candidates

  • Screening resume and first interview with candidates 

  • Support to line managers in the evaluation process giving structured feedback after interview

  • Active participation in employer branding maintain know how of market trends be active on  social channels to be on the lookout for candidates

  • Stay up-to-date on  technologies global talent know-how emerging trends

  • Actively engage with remote hiring managers publish regular hiring reports for management and adapt to changing needs

 

Experience

  • Good knowledge of Excel and of the main MS office applications

  • Experience in international context 

  • Experience in the management of relationships with external societies (commercial agreements feedback on candidates etc)

  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and languages: Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements for various IT positions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases: Familiarity with tools used in the recruitment process.

  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques: Experience with social media recruiting Boolean search and other sourcing methods.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills: Ability to address challenges and negotiate offers effectively.

  • Exposure or experience in other areas of Human resource management is a nice to have
