Job Description
Job Description: Montessori Teacher
School: Spring Mount Institutions.
Location: Tirupur (Avinashi) Erode ( Perundurai)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating Montessori learning environment for young children.
- Plan and deliver hands-on activity-based lessons that promote independence and curiosity.
- Guide children in developing cognitive social and motor skills through structured Montessori methods.
- Observe and assess student progress ensuring individualized learning plans.
- Maintain a calm organized and child-friendly classroom atmosphere.
- Foster a love for learning through storytelling sensory activities and creative exploration.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Montessori program and school curriculum.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Certification in Montessori Education (mandatory).
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Montessori teacher in a reputed school.
- Passionate patient and skilled in child-centered learning approaches.
