Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their loan needs.
  • Provide detailed information about various loan products and services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients financial situations.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues presented.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to expedite the loan approval process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set forth by management.
  • Follow up with clients post-application to provide updates and encourage conversion.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors offerings.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Participate in team meetings providing insights and feedback on sales strategies.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops for prospective clients when necessary.
  • Train and mentor new hires on sales techniques and company policies.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products and financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail in preparing documentation and reports.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in lending.
  • Previous experience in financial sales is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new protocols and systems.
  • Fluent in both English and local languages.
