Job Description
On behalf of our Client We are looking for Customer Support Agents with Greek & English who will contact and support the best customers in the market.
Tasks
- Providing support in Greek by phone email and Live chats;
- Processing with high attention to details and content;
- Identifying clients needs and proactively proposing solutions;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience as a support agent online ideally within the iGaming/Gambling industry
- Proficiency in English and Greek both written and spoken;
- Availability to work on shifts covering Monday to Sunday 24x7
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills;Strong communication and negotiation skills
