Job Description
- 1 year of hands-on industry experience developing deep learning systems: training (and finetuning) models designing model architectures researching/experimenting with new ideas defining and creating metrics building datasets and performing error triages.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI techniques/literature and proven track record of training (or deploying) LLMs/MLLMs to solve complex problems
- Proficiency in Python and one of the deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch JAX or Tensorflow)
- Excellent communication: strong interpersonal verbal and written skills
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Machine Learning Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- PhD in Computer Science Machine Learning Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience with building AI agents LLMs for tool use and Multimodal-LLMs.
- Experience using one or more of the following: Reinforcement learning Distillation RLHF fine-tuning RAG/VectorDB LLM uncertainty quantification.
- Experience developing shipping and improving machine learning models in a production environment or a solid publication record in top-tier conferences like NeurIPS ICML ICLR ICRA etc.
