Pay Range: $18$22 per hour (based on experience and certification)
Shifts Available: 4 to 12-hour shifts

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
- Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California (required)
- CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)
- Compassionate patient and dependable individuals
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow care plans and deliver respectful high-quality care
- Assist with personal care (bathing grooming dressing hygiene)
- Support safe mobility transfers and ambulation
- Help with medication reminders and routines
- Prepare nutritious meals and encourage proper hydration
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior
- Keep accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
