Practice Manager Armac Vets Bury
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team at Armac Vets a proudly RCVS-accredited two-site small animal practice based in Bury and Bolton.
Working closely with our Clinical Director and Senior Management Team youll play a key role in leading and supporting our teams helping to shape the continued growth and success of the practice. This is a full-time role encompassing all areas of practice management from people and operations to finance stock control marketing and business development.
You will need to demonstrate proven experience in leadership business development and motivating a team ideally within a similar fast-paced or clinical setting. Were looking for someone who can balance operational oversight with a strong people focus and who thrives on bringing out the best in others.

The Role:
Full-time 40 hours per week
Variable hours between 8.00am and 6.30pm across both sites
Occasional weekend working may be required depending on the needs of the business
