Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to join our team in Paris

About the role
This role is central to our the commercial team and requires a balance of technical expertise business acumen and leadership skills. As a commercial Data Analyst you will work with the team to create and manage dashboards analyze supply and demand optimize the CRM customer journey manage automation and scalability manage merchandising operations and analyze customer insights.

What Youll Do

    • Assist in creating and managing dashboards for home page analytics browsing behavior campaign performance and other key metrics to provide insights into customer behavior and drive business decisions.
    • Assist in understanding the reasons behind changes in key performance indicators (KPIs) and coordinating with regional teams to communicate these KPIs understand reasons and prepare actions.
    • Help develop a comprehensive understanding of our commercial pricing and CRM campaigns to optimize merchandising decisions.
    • Analyze the customer journey onsite to understand the effectiveness of different mechanisms in boosting traffic and campaigns such as push notifications and in-app messaging.
    • Assist in assessing demand based in other regions and analyzing the top-performing supply.
    • Support in providing insights to regions on highlighting the top-performing supply in their campaigns and curation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that supply is accurately represented on the website.
    • Work with regional teams to optimize supply and demand based on customer preferences and in identifying different user groups and designing campaigns that address their needs.
    • Utilize customer insights to inform and improve commercial campaigns and promotions.

Who You Are

    • Fluent in English- French is a plus
    • Experience: 5 years in data analytics or a similar role ideally in tech e-commerce or marketplace environments.
    • Technical fluency: Advanced SQL (Snowflake a plus) data modeling and hands-on experience with Tableau or similar tools.
    • Analytical sharpness: Strong grasp of experimentation statistical methods root cause analysis and user behavior tracking.
    • Be structured detail-oriented a fast learner and motivated by E-commerce and Sustainability topics.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skillsEnjoy working as a team player and learning from others.
    • An interest and knowledge in Fashion / Luxury industry

    • Our Tech Stacks include :
    • Data Warehousing: Snowflake and DBT for data pipelines
    • Data Visualization & Reporting: Tableau.
    • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Growthbook leveraging Launchdarkly for feature flagging.
    • Git
    • CRM : Braze
