You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization communication and documentation.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain contact lists and manage calendars for senior staff.
Write and distribute email correspondence memos letters faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system both physical and digital.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Maintain office policies and procedures.
Book travel arrangements when needed.
Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Proven administrative or office assistant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel MS Word and MS Outlook in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Associates or bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience using office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
