- Retrofit of vehicles
- Upfit of vehicles
- Diagnostics of build concerns
- Diagnostics of vehicle programming
- Assist engineering team with troubleshooting root cause analysis and corrective action
- Complete reports on concerns found during assigned project
- Tracking personal progress to ensure department and corporate objectives are met
- Maintain delivery timing on assignments
- Quality checks of pre and post builds.
- 3 years of automotive mechanic experience
- Experience with equipment such as hoists liquid evacuation tools for engine removals other
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Strong automotive mechanical skills problem solving skills
- Vehicle diagnostics vehicle re-flash programming
- Reasonably skilled in the understanding of vehicle operation in HVAC Fuel/Exhaust Brake System Engine Electrical Body Electrical Transmission/Transfer case Front-Wheel Drive Transaxle Automatic Transmission Minor Body/Interior.
- Reasonable computer skills in accessing reading and inputting required vehicle repair data
- State of Michigan ASE and/or manufacturer certifications a plus
