Learn more at successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting Global Securitys mission of protecting J&J employees contractors global travelers facilities and assets. Reporting to the Regional Security Director with program oversight by the Senior Director of Intelligence and Investigations this Regional Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for monitoring analyzing and reporting on current and emerging threats to drive and manage awareness and risk mitigation strategies with a particular emphasis in the North American region. The role will have a strategic operational and tactical focus requiring the production of a wide range of estimative explanatory and quantitative analysis and briefings. Of equal importance the selectee will be required to provide intelligence-related support to corporate security investigations and serve as a master user of the case management database. A highly qualified candidate will have strong research analysis and communications skills and be technologically proficient.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91000-$147200Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
