Seeking a Network engineer to provide daily operational support activities including incident & problem management of the Network and Secure Gateway infrastructure for a large federal government client of DXC Technology.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a member of a team that will be responsible for providing level 2nd & 3rd level operational troubleshooting and management of Network and Gateway devices. The role also involves implementation of projects as required. The flexibility to participate in an on-call and/or Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) roster is also considered part of the role.
The candidate may also be required to interface directly with client representatives Telco Service providers and on-site Technical support. There is an expectation that the successful applicant will be available to attend a Datacentre to assist with troubleshooting or planned activities such as equipment installs.
