Job Role:Team Leader Domestic Abuse (DVA)
Salary: 27810 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent

About the Role:
Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey and make a real impact in the lives of others Were looking for a dynamic and compassionate Team Leader to help shape and support our Domestic Abuse service across the Bath and North East Somerset region.
In this pivotal role youll be a visible and active presence across our teams clients and partner organisationsensuring the smooth and effective running of the service. Youll empower staff to deliver high-quality person-centred support that enables clients to reach their full potential while also fostering a supportive environment through regular supervision and meaningful conversations.
Working closely with the Service Manager youll play a key role in driving service improvements embedding best practices across local projects and helping us meet our key performance indicators (KPIs).
