Energy Sales Specialist
- Salary : $78611 plus 15% superannuation plus sales commission
- Ongoing Full-Time
- Location: Canberra ACT

Are you passionate about customer service and sales ActewAGL Retails Energy Sales and Solutions team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to take on the opportunity of an Energy Sales Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where your skills in customer engagement and energy solutions will make a real impact.
About the Role
As an Energy Sales Specialist you will play a key role in customer retention and acquisition through outbound call campaigns. Youll be responsible for:
- Promoting ActewAGLs energy products and services
- Driving acquisition and retention through inbound/outbound calls
- Managing customer accounts and resolving issues
- Completing administrative tasks and maintaining data integrity
- Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets
- Reporting competitor activity and contributing to team culture
What Youll Bring
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Velocity and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of electricity and gas churn processes
- Experience in residential and business energy offers
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
