Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Shift:PRN Days

Schedule:8:00am- 5:00pm

More about our team:

Phelps Health Outpatient Therapy Services located in Rolla Mo is a full-service 18 bed rehabilitation center for pediatric patients adolescents and adults including physical occupational and speech therapy. We serve Rolla Waynesville and the surrounding communities in south-central Missouri. Bioness Award-winning medical devices designed to benefit people with stroke Multiple sclerosis (MS) traumatic brain injury (TBI) cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!

What were looking for:We are looking for a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping others and is a team player!

What will you do in this role:

Assess speech language and swallowing abilities.

Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.

Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.

Document evaluations treatments and patient progress accurately.

Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong communication skills and clinical judgement required.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Experience: Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.

License: Current SLP license and ASHA certification.

Certifications: CPR certification required.
